1.1 Who we are

shopallahmaak.com is operated under the brand ALLAH MAAK ("we"). ALLAH MAAK is an online store operating internationally. Most of its activity, from making the necklaces to preparing and shipping them, takes place in China. Contact: support@shopallahmaak.com. We usually reply within 1–3 business days.

1.2 Scope

These terms apply to every use of the site and every order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.

1.3 Who may order

You must be at least 18, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian. Orders are for personal use, not for resale.

1.4 The product

The "Allah Ma'ak" necklace is a piece of jewellery made of stainless steel; gold-coloured models are plated with 18K gold, silver-coloured models are silver-tone steel (the metal itself is always stainless steel). The pendant is about 2.5 cm and comes with a fine 62 cm chain in a luxury gift box; we send the care and respect guidelines by email with your order confirmation. It holds a small chip with the complete text of the Holy Quran (114 surahs), micro-engraved and readable only under a microscope. Photos and videos are illustrative; small differences in colour or packaging may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

1.5 Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars ($) and are the final price of the product. Shipping is free on all orders.
• The struck-through price is the original price of each model: silver square $195, gold square $209, silver tree $205 and gold tree $219. The launch prices (silver square $135, gold square $145, silver tree $139, gold tree $149) apply until 30.11.2026, after which the original prices return.
• Special offer: two necklaces in any designs and colours (identical or different) for $255. A discount code can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Registrants' credit: people who joined the launch list before the store opened receive a $35 credit, sent by email as a discount code. The code can be used once per person on one order, applies to all necklaces including the special offer, has no minimum purchase and is valid until 30.11.2026 (23:59 Paris time). It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another discount code. Registration closed when the store opened; people who did not register before then do not receive this credit.
• Payment is made by card through a secure payment handled by a licensed payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
• For orders outside the European Union, some countries may charge import duties or local taxes under their own laws.

1.6 Orders and contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability, incomplete payment or suspected fraud; in that case we refund the full amount paid.

1.7 Errors

If a wrong price or description appears on the site due to a technical or typographical error, we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel and receive a full refund.

1.8 Intellectual property

Designs, photos, texts and the logo on this site belong to ALLAH MAAK or are licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. We do not claim any ownership of the text of the Holy Quran.

1.9 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for use of the product contrary to the care instructions. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory statutory consumer right.

1.10 Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions or acts of authorities. We will inform you and work on the best possible solution; your right to cancel and receive a refund is preserved.

1.11 Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the version published when it was placed.

1.12 Law and disputes

We always prefer to solve any issue amicably, so please write to us first. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may turn to alternative dispute resolution bodies or the competent courts of your country.

1.13 Video gift: 20% off your next order

After receiving your necklace you can send us a short video showing it, by replying to your order confirmation or by writing to support@shopallahmaak.com. Once we have reviewed the video (our necklace must be clearly visible), we send you a personal 20% discount code for your next order, valid once. The discount is given for the video itself, whether or not you recommend the necklace. By sending the video you agree that we may publish it on our site and pages with your first name only, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. When we publish customer reviews, we state that their authors received this discount.

2.1 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party you indicate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the necklace. If an order contains several items delivered on different days, the period starts when you receive the last item.

2.2 How to withdraw

Before the period ends, send us a clear statement to support@shopallahmaak.com with your order number, your name and your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. We will confirm and send you the return instructions, including the return address.

2.3 Returning the product

• Send the necklace back within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal, to the address we provide.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is damaged or not as ordered.
• Please return the necklace complete, with its chain and box. You may handle it as you would in a shop; if it comes back incomplete or damaged by handling beyond what is necessary, we deduct that diminished value from your refund.

2.4 Refunds

We refund all payments received from you (including the original delivery cost, if any) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method and without any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the necklace back or you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier. For packs, if you return part of a pack we refund the returned items' equal share of the pack price.

2.5 Damaged or wrong product

If your necklace arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or you notice any problem with the chip, email us with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and in this case shipping costs are on us.

2.6 Cancelling before shipping

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by emailing us, and we refund the full amount.

2.7 Model withdrawal form

3.1 Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to the countries offered at checkout.

3.2 Delivery time

We prepare every necklace for its owner after the order is placed. Delivery currently takes 4 to 6 weeks from the order confirmation. Your order may arrive sooner, but we do not commit to a specific delivery date before the end of this period. In any case we deliver within 6 weeks of the order confirmation unless agreed otherwise with you.

3.3 Confirmation and tracking

After ordering you receive a confirmation email. When your order ships we send you an update, with a tracking number when available. If you don't receive our email, check your spam folder and contact us.

3.4 Duties

For orders within the European Union, the displayed price is the final price. For destinations outside the EU, the authorities of the destination country may charge import duties or local taxes under their own laws.

3.5 Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate address with a phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or wrong address, and we will help as far as possible with re-delivery.

3.6 Late or lost parcels

If your order is late or has not arrived, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier. If it is not delivered within the period above, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect appears within this period, we will repair or replace the necklace, and if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you. Outside the EU, the mandatory guarantee rules of your country apply.

The following are not defects: gradual natural wear of the plating with use, scratches from use, damage caused by perfume, chemicals, chlorine or sea water, accidents or misuse, or loss.

To make a claim, email support@shopallahmaak.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

• Out of respect for the words of Allah, please remove the necklace before entering the restroom.
• To keep the shine: avoid perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, chlorine and sea water, and remove the necklace when showering, swimming or doing sport.
• Clean it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it in its box when not worn.
• The necklace contains small parts and a chain and is not suitable for young children without supervision.
• If you have sensitive skin and notice any irritation, stop wearing it and consult a doctor.

The necklace is a piece of jewellery. We make no religious, spiritual or protective claims about it, and it is not an amulet. Any religious ruling on wearing it is for each person and their own religious authority.

6.1 Controller

The controller of your personal data is ALLAH MAAK. Privacy contact: support@shopallahmaak.com.

6.2 Data we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
• Order data: products, amounts, discounts, payment and shipping status. Card data is processed directly by our payment processor; we never see it.
• Communications: what you send us by email or the contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookie data (according to your choice).
• Marketing preferences: if you subscribe to our emails.
• Pre-launch registration: if you joined our launch list before the store opened, we keep what you entered in the form (name, email, phone, gender, preferred necklace and level of interest) and the date of your consent, to send you the launch credit and offers. Registration closed when the store opened.

6.3 Purposes and legal bases

• Performance of a contract: processing your order, payment, shipping, customer service and returns.
• Legal obligation: keeping accounting and tax records.
• Legitimate interests: site security, fraud prevention and service improvement.
• Your consent: marketing emails and analytics/advertising cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6.4 Recipients

We share data only as needed with: Shopify (store platform and hosting), our payment processor (payments), shipping and fulfilment partners (name, address and phone to deliver your order), our email service provider, Google (storing pre-launch registrations and sending messages), messaging and WhatsApp services for people who agreed to be contacted that way, and Meta and Google (measurement and advertising, only with your cookie consent). We may disclose data where required by a competent authority under the law. We do not sell your personal data.

6.5 International transfers

Some service providers process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the United States and Canada, and fulfilment and shipping centres in Asia). In these cases we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions where available, or on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6.6 Retention

We keep order data for the period required by accounting and tax law (up to 7 years), marketing data until you unsubscribe, pre-launch registrations for up to 24 months after your last interaction or until you unsubscribe if sooner, and communications for up to 3 years after the last contact; then we delete or anonymise them.

6.7 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing (including direct marketing at any time), to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@shopallahmaak.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

6.8 Minors

The site is not directed at people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6.9 Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and the site is served over HTTPS encryption. No system can guarantee absolute security; we will notify you as required by law if an incident affects your data.

• Necessary cookies: to run the cart, checkout and security and to remember your cookie choice. Always active, since the site cannot work without them.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand and improve how the site is used. Only after your consent.
• Marketing cookies: such as the Meta pixel, to measure ads and show relevant ads. Only after your consent.

On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject with equal ease. You can change your choice at any time with the button above ("تغيير إعدادات الكوكيز").

The site has an accessibility menu (the button at the bottom of the screen) for text size, contrast, greyscale, link and heading highlighting, readable font, text spacing, large cursor, keyboard navigation and stopping animations.
